By accessing and using eidrix services, including our products such as MeteoPace and Trail Optimizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

eidrix Ltd. is a holding company that develops tools supporting performance awareness and better planning for runners. Our current products include:

• MeteoPace - Weather analysis and race day preparation tools for runners, including real-time weather analysis, personalized pacing strategies, hydration recommendations, and race day preparation tips
• Trail Optimizer - Advanced analysis tools for trail runners (coming Summer 2026)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our products, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of eidrix products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of eidrix Ltd. and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

eidrix Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services or products.

7. App Store Products

If you download our products from the Apple App Store, your use of those products is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall govern with respect to App Store downloads.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our services.
